When a person is in a hypnotic state, their attention is highly focused, and therefore they are more responsive to suggestions 

-- including behaviour changes that can help them effectively transform their shape and size.

According to Vanderbilt University, Tennessee, there are studies to indicate that hypnosis combined with a 

size management program can contribute significantly to weight reduction.

A 1985 study published in the Journal of Clinical Psychology revealed that the addition of hypnosis to a 

behavioural program 

resulted in significant additional weight loss --  while those using only the behavioural treatment

 exhibited little further change.

A 1996 analysis that looked at six previous studies found participants who used hypnosis lost on average 

12lbs by the end of a 4 week treatment, 

while those in the control group lost an average of 6lbs without hypnosis.
